Pasadena is a singer/songwriter driven rock, reggae and folk band based out of Pasadena, MD. They have toured nationally for the last four years including over 700 shows in that time period in 40 states and the US Virgin Islands. The guys have been billed with great national acts such as Flogging Molly, Michael Franti, Citizen Cope, Sublime w/ Rome, G-Love, Rebelution, The Expendables and many more!

Root of All was originally formed in 2012 by Shaun Strong and several friends. Soon after, Shaun teamed up with Marcus Russel at a local singer/songwriter competition. Since then they have been through a few line-up changes and alot of miles on the road… showing direct support for a number of touring Reggae/Ska/Dub acts including: Giant Panda Guerrilla Dub Squad, Aggrolites, Fortunate Youth, Sun-Dried Vibes, Fayuca, Yellowman, The Original Wailers, Pato Banton, Rootz Underground, New Kingston, One Drop and many more.

In 2015 Root of All fullfilled their goal of joining the Festival Circuit. Starting in May with the Orange Blossom Jamboree, held at Sertoma Ranch near Tampa, FL then in August they appeared at Irie Vibes Music festival held in Forest City, NC. This region of the Carolinas is the beautiful home of Sun-Dried Vibes and their Irie East-Coast music scene.

The band is set to perform an acoustic set in Tampa, Florida at Chillin Music Festival on October 17th alongside O.A.R, Stickfigure, Ballyhoo, Resinated, The Supervillians and so many more.
